Registration fee includes
admission
to sessions, conference kit (including,
printed copy of the
conference program, pen,
notebook etc.) and publication of papers in
ejournals.
If a paper is accepted, at
least one of the authors is required to register for the
Conference by deadline. Otherwise, the
paper will not be included in the Conference Program.
One registration per
paper is required. If you have more than one paper, you
will be requested to pay additional 100 Euro for
each accepted papers.
NO registration
fee will be charged for non-academic accompanying person ( your
spouse, children etc.)
INFORMATION FOR
DAILY PARTICIPANTS

Daily
participants ( paper presenter, accompanying co-authors
and listeners) must pay total 130 Euro per person. Daily
participants will have lunch, enjoy coffee breaks and
get benefit from the "all inclusive "hotel facilities between 09.00-18.00 hours.

for only conference participants. Please pay attention that you
will get all inclusive services
form the five-star resort hotel.

- Package price is
only vaild for a minimum two nights. The above fares are very
competitive and therefore a two nights reservation is required.
- Pine bay hotel
have one "hotel rooms" and "club rooms". Club rooms are outside
the main building. The facilities etc are the same. FIRST COME,
FIRST SERVED RULE APPLIES. Early registered participants will be
located to the hotel rooms. Participants should consider this
option and then register. Please reconsider this case and then
complete your registration.
PAYMENT
Registration fee and accommodation

Please note that there will be only 2.25 percent charge of bank
commisions, which will only be added on total accommodation

You must select the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON
SOCIAL SCIENCES (ICSS).
Money Order.
If you do want to pay via credit card and wish to send
international money order, please write to the conference
organization to help you. Please note that you must pay 50 Euros as extra payment for handling the international
money order. There is no extra payment for online transaction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
For registration and payment of the conference fee, the
contracting party is the Social Sciences
Research Society (SoSReS).
All participants and attendees must register and pay the
registration fee.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of attendance and reimbursement of the total of the
registration fee as well as accommodation fare is possible until
June 15, 2012. A handling fee of 50 Euros will have to be charged
in this case. After June 15, cancellation will not be possible
and the participant will be charged the total amount of the
registration fee and accommodation fare.
