The registration fee for participants includes
- scientific program
- conference material (conference bag,
notebook, pen, map etc.)
Payment
The conference registration fee will be paid online.
In order to reduce the transaction costs, registration fee and accommodation cost must be paid together online.

Cancellation
Cancellation of attendance and reimbursement of the total of the registration fee and the total accommodation fare is possible until February 28th, 2010. A handling fee of 50 Euros will have to be charged in this case. After February 28th, cancellation will not be possible and the participant will be charged the total amount of the registration fee and accommodation fare.
