Registration Fee and Deadline for Payment
Early-bird registration fee (Until April 2)	100 Euro €.
Late registration fee (After April 2)	200  Euro €.

PS. There is no discount for ph.D students/candidates.

                                           

Registration fee includes admission to sessions, conference kit (including, printed copy of the conference program, pen, notebook etc.) and printed copy of the conference proceedings.

(Please note that conference proceedings will ONLY distributed to authors free of charge during the conference. There will be no FREE shipping for absentees.

If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Conference Program. One registration per paper is required.

The registration fee per accompanying co-author and/or accompanying person is 70 Euro €.

- Reservation is accepted for minimum two nights. The above fares are very competitive and therefore the hotel management requires minimum two nights reservation.

-If you are not interested in staying in the hotel, you MUST pay 35 €. in return for "all-inclusive services" between 09.00-18.00.

SECOND STEP: After receiving registration form, we will calculate the total payment for you and accompanying person. You will be informed about your total payment via email.

Important Notes.

Terms & Conditions

For registration and payment of the conference fee, the contracting party is the Social Sciences Research Society (SoSReS). 

All participants and attendees must register and pay the registration fee.

Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. E-mail requests must be received by the following dates:

By May 31, 2010
Full refund minus a € 50 processing fee  (Bank charges for refund will be laid upon the participants.)

By June 1, 2010
No refunds will be provided

Refund requests received by July 1st will be processed and issued within four to six week AFTER the conference.
